Came here before my flight and got a double beacon cheeseburger and it was good and my server Conner was on point I never was low on my drink and he always made time to make sure I was 100% comfortable and well taken care of if anyone decides to come to this place located in Pittsburgh airport make sure u stop and get a drink and some food u won’t be disappointed

Excellent! My husband and I both loved the Tall Boy Reuben sandwiches. They were delicious, and our server was very nice and attentive even though it was busy.

My family and I were so excited for our first trip to Disney world! We love our local Primantis near our home, and we knew there was one at the airport so of course me, my hubby, and our two sons decided to stop in before our flight. We thought this was going to be a great way to start our trip, and unfortunately it was everything but that. Our server was Hayley and she was absolutely awful! I never write negative reviews, but I feel as though management needs to really look into the staff they have working for them. She neglected our table the entire time we were dining in, we received our cold food even before she brought us our drinks for starters. She had a negative attitude the entire time, and the table we were sitting at was right next to the register she was using and I heard her mumbling and speaking very inappropriate language with another server, and texting, while saying swear words with my 8 and 10 year old in ear shot. I thought this was a family restaurant? She was also using her phone and everything we asked seemed like an annoyance to her! She made us feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable the entire time we were visiting this location. She rolled her eyes the entire time she was taking our order because I’m gluten free and my son has an allergy and it seemed like we were her biggest inconvenience. I will never ever eat at another Primanti brothers! I’m very sad and honestly hurt because the one by our house is wonderful!! This was not the way I expected the start of our family vacation to go! I am very disappointed, and have let all my friends and family know of the unprofessional behavior that goes on in your establishment.

Wow! I searched the airport during my 3 hour layover for a restaurant and others looked inviting but, the quality here was so good I can’t wait to have another flight here! It was so packed with everything that I was able to eat the rest when I landed. Flavor and quality! I was expecting the normal airport quality food and for it to be expensive but, it was excellent and a fair price. I’d love to have one near me!

We went to the moon township location after my daughter's graduation. The server Jonathan made the entire meal fun. He was EXCELLENT at his job and would love to tell his manager

What a find in the airport! Reasonable priced amazing food! We ate at the PB in the strip district during the week, and got one more shot at it in the airport. Thank you for being there and doing a great job.

A custom sandwich, made to order, for under $10.00 in a airport.
pastrami and cheese with frys on the side.
It was two meals for me.
now the good news, everything was fresh, you could taste each part of the sandwich. well balanced, no part overshadowed any other part.
The frys on the side hit the spot for me. obviously fresh, not frozen.just enough salt to bring out the flavor of the potatoe.
the exceptional se ice was unexpected for a airport setting.

Primanti Bros at the Suncrest Town Centre is always awesome to stop at. The manager Sarah took care of us. The waitress Mahlia was so sweet. Definitely glad we decided to stop in today for lunch.

Their service is great and the food is always delicious!
