Cellar on Penn was a great find! Absolutely amazing food with lobster Mac and cheese and salmon baklava. Our server was kind, considerate, and very engaging. Very pleased to find this gem in Pittsburgh with a great atmosphere, wine, and nice people!

Great atmosphere, great experience, great staff, just overall great experience. The wine is delicious, the food is delicious, and the price is very reasonable. I give the highest recommendation to experience a great wine tasting and dinner at R.

Friends had their wedding ceremony and reception here. Food was really good, and I was excited to have wine that I actually liked for once. They have a good range of wines that seemed to suit everyone's tastes. A bit tight, but atmosphere is nice, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Probably the worst time. Horrendous food, terrible service, bottom shelf wine. Bad

You MUST come here! The professionalism and passion of the staff, along with the friendly atmosphere is incredible. The wine is out of this world, and supporting a local business feels awesome. The food is amazing also!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We visited in anticipation of our wedding and were amazed with the service and selection! Connor offered a variety of wines and a thorough (and approachable) description of each. He helped us select the a variety that would make everyone happy, even in a wide crowd. So many refreshing summer wines to choose from! The chicken and waffles were amazing. I'd go back today to have them. The brunch menu was awesome and had a great selection for the kids. I had the sangria which was your typical nice sangria. Somehow a meal wasn't put in(two of us ordered the same thing) and they made it right. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All around was a great experience and my second favorite brunch place so far.

We had breakfast here and, it was perfect. Food was tasty and we had great service. I highly recommend this place.

We stumbled on this place looking for breakfast during a visit to Pittsburgh. The service was quick and friendly and the decor is great. The food was incredible. The steak bowl, sausage hash, and funnel cake pancakes were all amazing. The only complaint is that it was a bit warm being seated next to the kitchen, but we also were there during summer. Overall an amazing place. We will be back anytime we come back to Pittsburgh.

Nothing special. I wouldn't even call it brunch based on the lack of options...I have zero Idea what other reviewers were thinking by calling it one of the best brunches in Pittsburgh.

I took my daughter here for her birthday..We ordered spinach dip.. She didn’t like it. So I tasted it. It had an extremely strong garlic and artichoke flavor. My other daughter tasted as well and did not like it.99% of the serving was still on the plate at the end of the table. I ask the waitress if we could try something different and she said.“I would not be able to trade that out just because your Pallet didn’t like it” She brought a box and we told her we would not be taking it because none of us liked it.Needless to say.. we will not be dining there in the future.

Loved the local wine selections! Food was fantastic, ambience is great! We sat outside so noise level was higher but that's to be expected. Great for a quick casual bite, business meal, or celebration!

Went for my 38th bday with the girls. And let me tell you! We had a blast. Wendy our server was absolutely the best! She made the night so enjoyable. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was remarkable. I had the salmon Ceasars salad and it was delicious. Only issue I would say was the cheese plate was smaller than expected. For 6 woman and 8 glasses or tasting I wish it was alil larger. And had meat on it. The Salami on the cheese plate I ordered as extra was soooo delicious. But there was only one slice so I couldn't share for the friends. Wine was delicious. The relaxation of the event was great. There's no rushing you and not big gaps of delays either. It was perfect. I went home with 4 bottles of wine That I know I'll be back for more. The girls each had there bags of bottle too! Best experience. Everyone loved it. Thank you!!!

This is a hidden gem. We stopped on our way to the Benedum and they have a little of everything appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches and main dishes. Food was great and so was the wine!!

We were sat in the back by the bathroom so private but also kinda weird. The waitress often didn't bring things to the table without reminder, example: got wrong drink, sauces, and the main dish took about an hour to get to the table. The main dishes were bland and not very good. The mocktail list was nice.
