Ritter's Diner Reviews
very welcoming and friendly staff i had a great time

Ritter's Diner is a cozy and comfortable American diner that offers a solid selection of diner fare. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable. The food is generally well-received, with specific praise for the lamb gyro, which is described as spectacular with the right mix of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and tahini sauce. One reviewer also noted a good char-broiled taste on their bacon burger and fries. The environment is warm and welcoming, with a casual, cozy feel, though the building is considered ancient. The diner is a good spot for a late-night snack or after bar hopping, with the staff being fantastic and the food consistently fresh and homemade. Service can vary—sometimes it depends on the day, but on better days, servers like Tina and Kayle are always nice and attentive, even coming back for refills and asking if anything is needed. While the pricing may not be the best value, the diner is a step above hospital food and offers unique menu items like a gyro omelette and pancakes that are a must-try. It has 2 off-street lots and minimal street parking, and it is a cash-only establishment. Overall, Ritter's Diner provides a satisfying diner experience for those in the area, making it a great place to visit after a church service or for a casual meal.
