It’s very very sad to see the main source of halal food for the Muslim community in Pittsburgh be so incompetent and bad at what they do, especially when they’re charging an arm and a leg for it. Food takes abhorrently long to get ready and it tastes awful the meat is very gamey and hard. Would not recommend coming here.

We drove over three hours to purchase the halal meat that is not widely available in stores in our area, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this butcher at the back of an international grocery store.
The abundance of fresh cuts, including chicken, lamb, beef, minced meat, and livers, to name a few, is fantastic!
Although it can get busy and a bit hectic at times, the staff is very attentive.
For example, our butcher was especially kind, removing excess fat and chicken skin for us upon request at no extra charge.
Thank you for the great selection and service, and keep up the good work!
Now that our freezer is stocked with delicious meat we enjoy, we cannot wait to come back for more on our next Pittsburgh trip!

I love this place! The food is wonderful, and the people are always friendly and welcoming. They even have a dine-in area without expecting customers to tip, which I really appreciate. Just be considerate and clean up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the space.
Some people might think the prices are a bit high, but the portions are huge. One large meal usually lasts me 3–4 meals, so it's actually a great value.
My only complaint is the women's restroom. During my visit today, only one of the three stalls was clean and usable. I know most of the staff are men, so I'm not sure who is responsible for cleaning, but I hope more attention can be given to keeping the restroom clean. Other than that, it's a great place, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

I ordered to go. The food portions are very generous. The quality is decent enough but not worth all the hype I've been hearing. I liked the chicken biriyani but the chicken and lamb kebabs were very chewy and almost difficult to eat. I had to drown them in sauce to make it a bit softer. The chef needs to go easy on overcooking the meats.
Excellent place for halal food. Highly recommend.
