“Treated my son and myself to the lamb chop special. We both ordered medium rare. The chops were done perfectly! Our server Abby provided exemplary service -- friendly, speedy and attentive. Definitely the best meal I've had at this location. I wholeheartedly recommend the lamb while it's available.“

Business dinner for 6 on a Tuesday evening.
Shared appetizers - tuna tartare, calamari, dynamite shrimp…tuna tartare was tasty and bomb but the others were sort of plain
Ordered a prime strip medium rare with truffle butter. Steak was perfectly cooked and great. Sides were asparagus, sweet corn, and mashed potatoes. Acceptable, nothing special.
Cocktails were solid, great selection of bourbon.
Service was friendly and efficient. What you’d expect in a top-tier steakhouse.
Pricey but consistent effort. Would come again.“

“We had the most amazing waiter, Donnie! He made our evening very pleasurable. It was a tough day for us, and we were both a little loopy from lack of sleep. He made sure everything was perfect for our evening. We appreciate everything that you did for us!“

“Food and service was good. Wasn't very busy. Because they share their parking lot with MANY retail stores, it's hard to find parking. And finding handicapped parking is almost impossible. In addition, a large portion of the lot, closest to the restaurant, is being used for electric car charging. 3 or 4 spaces are reserved for take out orders. And those spaces are ideal for extra handicapped parking. I had to wait for my handicapped spot and when I was leaving, there were people waiting for my spot. In my opinion, they need to rethink their parking situation. The other thing is I don't enjoy country music. The place was pretty quiet except for the music (lucky me), as there were not a lot of patrons. Our server was attentive, friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and hot. The parking situation really harshed my buzz though. In all, I would rate the visit 8 of 10.“

“Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. Super nice guy who was working right alongside his people to make sure our meal was great. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another evening with these fine folks soon!“

“A couple of months ago, my husband and I went here, to Sullivan's Pittsburgh for a dinner. There is no other to phrase it....the service was horrible, rating of an F. The quality of the food, was a C, mainly related to the filet being overcooked, the soup not being hot, the dessert being dry and the coffee cold. All of which could have been corrected had the waitress returned sooner than 45 minutes after serving our meal, or asking to replace the items that were not to our satisfaction, even with almost the entire portion of the plate or bowl or mug being left uneaten. To our concern, we could see similar experiences being had around the room. Luckily, after some thought and discussion, I decided to call the restaurant to speak to the manager. Timing was on my side as a new manager just started that same week. He listened intently to my expressed concerns, extended his apologies and asked that we give him a chance to turn things around. Last night was that chance. Our experience was nothing but exceptional. Our waiter, Jeff (I hope that I have your correct name), was so attentive, pleasant and interactive. The pace that our food was delivered allowed us to finish one course before the next one arrived. The food was wonderfully and tastefully prepared. As we sat and ate, we looked around the restaurant and it appeared that not only did we receive attentive service but so did other tables within our view. The couple next to us who were celebrating their 52nd wedding anniversary were treated like a bride and groom. Their enjoyment of the attention received was so obvious.... So thank you manager, Scott Watson. From our new experience, you have done well to turn things around. We certainly will return and encourage others who may have had a bad experience too, to give Sullivan's a try again.“

“We bought out the entire restaurant for a 100+ person corporate event and everyone LOVED and complimented me and my co worker on the view, the food, the staff, everything. There was a little hiccup with the one side dish and Stella and the whole staff gave us complimentary dessert even though the hiccup ended up being a hit side anyway! Highly recommend them for anything big or small. Thank you all from the Independent Waste Haulers!!“

“I took a spontaneous trip from Akron, Ohio just to come dine here again. I was craving the lobster and knew there were GF restaurants there to accommodate my Celiac. I made sure to put a note about being GF in the reservation. It was a little frustrating to be served bread shortly after I sat down. However, I was thrilled to have the veggies and cheese! Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back! Thank you for having a separate “gluten sensitive” menu available. This really helps eliminate the added stress of eating out with such a dietary restriction!“
