Just tried this place and had an amazing iced London fog and sweet treat. The baked items are so fresh and the place is a vibe. Open late too!
We absolutely loved our vegan wedding cake from The Butterwood Bake Consortium for our Summer 2023 wedding. The team at Butterwood Bake Consortium was kind and communicative. Our two-tiered orange olive oil cake with vanilla semi-naked buttercream was so delicious and the florals were the perfect touch for our wedding theme! I highly recommend for all your wedding cake needs!!!

The Butterwood Bake Consortium, located on quiet Butler St, offers a charming atmosphere and extended hours. The cozy and inviting interior, while somewhat dated, provides a perfect setting for a smaller, more intimate experience. The freshly baked goods, like the divine poppy cake and the tasty blueberry blood orange bread, alongside expertly made cappuccino and hot tea, make a visit worthwhile. The buttercream is described as divine and melts in the mouth, while the vegan options, like the vegan lavender tea cake with ube buttercream and brown butter blondie, continue to impress with their fluffiness and moisture. The staff is extremely warm and nice, always friendly and helpful, dedicated to providing an excellent experience. The space is cute with eclectic decor, creating a cool vibe that attracts many visitors. Creative desserts, cakes, brownies, and blondies are served on mismatched vintage china and silverware, enhancing the unique experience. Convenient nearby metered parking and free wifi add to the appeal. Despite occasional shortages of popular items, the overall experience makes Butterwood a great spot for those looking for a sweet bite to finish their night.
