Sliced brisket
our 12 hour slow smoked brisket comes either sliced with our homemade BBQ sauce on the side, or chopped and tossed in our spicy sauce. Served with hand cut French fries.
Pulled pork
Smoked pork shoulder, brioche bun, and coleslaw. Served with French fries.
Grilled Chicken
Texas toast sweet barbecue sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and fries.
Bad Arse Fried Chicken
Pickles, lettuce, tomato, candied bacon, and special sauce.

I drove all the way from mansfield ohio to this BBQ restaurant. When we got there all I could smell was heaven. The smells were so great . My mouth was watering. We got there at a time that they were really busy so we didn't have time to wait . I was so upset. I gave all 5
stars because the ppl that were there were nice and polite. I will get there again someday

Had a great experience at Walters this past Saturday. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Even though they were extremely busy, everything came out fast and the quality of both the food and drinks was spot on.

Todd was outstanding all around. He was clearly working hard to make sure every table had a great experience, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. He deserves recognition for the effort he puts in.

We happened upon Walter’s last night after a great show at the Thunderbird Cafe. We were surprised to find that most of the restaurants had closed their kitchens, but Walters was open for 20 more minutes. We were hesitant to sit down for a meal that close to closing, but the bartender immediately assured us we were welcome. The server also made sure we didn’t hesitate to order anything off the menu, and genuinely seemed happy we were there.
