My guilty pleasure. Consistantly great wings.
This stop had some real highs and a couple of those classic Wingstop head‑scratchers. The sauce quality on the sandwich was on point — bold, flavorful, exactly what keeps me coming back. And the fries? Way better than the last few visits. Crispy, seasoned right, like someone in the back finally remembered the fries matter too.

This stop had some real highs and a couple of those classic Wingstop head-scratchers. The sauce quality on the sandwich was on point — bold, flavorful. The fries were way better than the last few visits — crispy, seasoned right. The boneless wings were a letdown — barely sauced, kinda sad-looking. The ranch is still elite, still one of the best parts of the meal, but they never give enough. If you add extra chicken, you shouldn’t have to ration ranch. These little fixes would make a massive difference. Service, though, was strong. The two gals working were attentive, quick, and friendly. The bathroom was clean, which is always a good sign that the place is being taken care of. Overall: tasty sandwich, upgraded fries, great service — just wish the wings and sauce portions matched the rest of the effort. Noise pollution is still present at all these locations.
Wingstop moved into shaler plaza. The wing master there is the same person each time. He has a passion for making the best wings possible. The bone in flats with extra mild sauce have consistency of receiving the best wings ever. Everyone from the cashiers to the wing master deserves a little something for doing such a great job.
For lunch, a chicken tenders combo was ordered — tenders, fries and a drink. The chicken tenders were delicious. The hickory smoked bbq on some and the garlic parm on some. Both were great. The BBQ ones are preferred just a little more. The fries have some sort of sweet seasoning on them. Service was wonderful. Ordered online and food was ready on time. The manager was super nice.
An industry worker noted that a lot of times nothing is open, or getting off so late makes ordering feel guilty. Stephanie made them and their partner feel extremely welcome. She went above and beyond over the phone and was even sweeter in person. Everything came out very timely, and everything tasted wonderful. Super grateful for this new location.
