“It can get very busy there and sometimes it seems like the staff if overwhelmed, unhappy. Food tho comes out good, hot, juss like any other taco bell. Just make sure you ask for sauce in the drive thew. ALOT of times they don't offer it.“

“Skipped breakfast so I was halfway looking for a brunchy option when I stumbled into El Tikal. With a quality lunch special section, plus your everyday Mexican favorites and a great variety of meat, seafood and veggie dishes, I had a hard time deciding. I'm usually a combo order kind of guy, but I had to throw together my own little lunch variety pack, add Santa Fe (breakfast) burrito. Plantains always hit for me, but these were extra caramelized and gooey so I had to portion them out between the beginning and end of the meal. The mole sauce on the chili relleno was smokey and not as spicy, but really well-balanced. The tamale with red sauce seemed less flavorful than the other dishes, but I'm no tamale expert and I've been hanging out with a lot of Italians recently. The Santa Fe burrito was out of this world: the eggs, nice and crumbly with tons of seasoning and flavor, the cheese-covered chorizo oozing into each bite. I need this again, and I'm sure there's so many other incredible things on the menu to explore, but this is truly a hearty and unique item worth coming back for.“

“I’m shocked I haven’t reviewed Fiesta prior to this and I’m even more surprised that their Google rating is under 4. Never eaten at the restaurant, only take out. However, this is the best Mexican in the Scranton area in my opinion. Everything is always super fresh and the portions are very large. Highly recommend the Birria tacos and the guac is one of the best I’ve ever had. Again, I don’t know what the experience is like eating in. But for authentic Mexican takeout it hits the spot every single time.“

“Excellent homemade & authentic Mexican food. We stopped by around 2:45pm, and the food was amazing. Mixed meat tacos on corn tortillas, and sopes. The side sauces that came with the meal were superb. Perfectly sweetened horchata as well. On our way out, we grabbed one of the pastries —- pan de leche (?)— reminded of an egg custard meets pound cake meets cheesecake. We will come back again soon.“

“I havent tried the food yet, but im a new doordasher. In the middle of picking up an order on April 17th around 830 pm, the app crashed. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure the order was delivered to the customer. They took the time to help resolve the problem on the app and when that didn't work, they even called doordash to help. Customer service is 5☆ . And humanity is 💯“

“I really like this place. I can walk there without any sweat. The food is nice, and the staff are happy to help. There are kiosks, and there's even some outdoor seating. The service is also pretty quick. I think I wait about 3 minutes on a good day and 10 minutes on a bad day.“

“It is fast service through the drive through and good service. It is funny I went to a couple Taco Bells recently and they both gave me an extra soft drink with the meal; I guess they forget they give you it before the meal and then give you another by accident when they give you the food. I didn't even notice myself as we put it in the cup holder both times and got suprised twice. It was pretty funny. They had nice people though and good food. I recommend the value boxes they have for $5/$7/$9. I had them all, and get the appropriate one for hunger level.“

She is running the floor, making sure every order is right, getting in the crew’s business when needed, and keeping quality high. She’s on the line, leading her team, and ensuring customers leave happy.
I’ve been disappointed with service in Pennsylvania in the past, but today was different. This general manager is a powerhouse—fully in control, fully engaged, and fully committed to making her location run smoothly. She deserves all the credit in the world.
