We stopped at the Cumberland Valley rest stop going eastbound on the PA turnpike on 10/18/26 at 1:30 in the afternoon . The staff at the Auntie Anne’s was just absolutely rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. We asked them a question about one of the products and they proceeded to make an annoyed face right in front of us. They definitely need some classes in customer service.
