“My wife and I had tried Brasi's pizza for the first time last night. All I could really say is "Excellent"!!!!! We had the "Grandmas", and the "White Pie". I could tell you from experience, from me being around the pizza industry for many years. You could tell this product was made with the finest and freshest ingredients. Chelsea was our event coordinator and she was amazing! She was so accommodating and flexible and took the stress out of the whole planning process! The food was absolutely delicious! We did a tab bar and it worked perfectly! The outdoor space was a nice added space for our guests to mingle outside (we brought a cornhole set). All our guests had a great time and left complimenting the food, drinks, and how beautiful the venue was! It truly was the perfect day! “6-20-24 Family in from out of state. Pizza for lunch, I suggested Aldo's, though I've never been, it's close to home (Hudson).
We ordered 2 small pies one cheese and one Hawaiian. And Buffalo Wing Wraps. Excellent all around. The crust was chewy, which I loved. Service was excellent as well. Much better than the well know Pizza place by the Mall. There we waited for service and then we had no plates. Again had to wait. Highly recommend Aldo's.“

The pizza is good, thin and crunchy. The sauce is on point and the cheese is good.

For me personally, cheese taste better than pepperoni slice. I have yet to try anything else but do plan on continue visits and try many other things. Wait on the updates.
