“These guys generally are okay. Nice people, sometimes they screw up though and when they do you definitely notice. Drinks can be wrong, food is either wrong or missing entirely and lines don't move, the inside can be a bit of a pig sty, that kind of thing.
The staff are very nice most of the time so I can't fault them too much and I'd have to imagine they're understaffed which is the fault of corporate (this is what happens when you refuse to pay living wages). At the end of the day it's a Dunks, not overpriced sugar milk with a vague coffee aftertaste like Starbucks and not overhyped milkshakes like 7brew.“
“The kids and I have eaten at least 500 egg And cheese Wake up wraps ever since they opened. They people who work there are always very kind and they rarely ever make any mistakes on the drive thru orders... there are very few places that get your order correct everytime. Go Dunkin!!! Plus they have the most adorable Xmas tree ornaments that they put out every year and they are super cute!!!“
