“This is the BEST Dunkin in the 40 locations around them I promise. If you can make the drive, MAKE IT! Here, it's not just the service. This is the Chic-Fil-A, of DUNKINS! Their speed takes every error into accountability and they go above and beyond for their customers. It doesn't matter what time of day or what crew is on, it doesn't matter what day or change in staff on certain days. ITS ALWAYS WHAT YOU ASK FOR. They love their jobs here and you can tell. These aren't jobs for ANY of these staff. I know people say that, this location just has something the other ones just literally don't. I've come and gone here for years. It doesn't matter. “This was the best Dunkin I’ve ever had in my life. Saved me and my friend from the trenches. The workers were so nice and didn’t mind when I asked for a water at the window. Very very good service and very very good food and drinks. Drinks actually came from the waters of the garden of Eden.“
“i'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my best friend and i go to this location 2-3 times a week for iced coffee. we both work at a competing coffee chain (astroid...money) so we know how hard it can be to please coffee drinkers. the staff at this location consistently makes DELICIOUS bevs! their speed of service is superb and all the employees are super kind and hardworking. there's an urban myth that dunkin is inconsistent, but it really must be a myth because i've never left this location disappointed. keep up the good work!“
“I had a mixup with an order today and accidentally double ordered and had my card charged and after explaining the situation to the Dunkin worker Cole on the phone, they offered to take my name and information down and refund me the duplicate charge the next day. Absolutely love this location and their willingness to help their customers. Never ordered a bad latte from them and it’s my favorite Dunkin in Pittsburgh, so if you’re in the area, I highly recommend! :’)“
“I always come to the double D. They always make my coffee right decaf with almond milk and butter Pecan swirl I absolutely love the butter pecan. It is so good and I like to loaded hashbrowns. I wish that they would put more cheese on it. Stop skipping the cheese queso.. they also need to come back out with the Apple Crumb doughnut, and I wish they would put enough filling in the donuts that would great“
“My cold brew was a little too diluted and I asked them to switch it to a latte after multiple attempts of balancing out the flavor (it's probably a me problem). They were so kind and understanding. I've never had such a kind dunkin crew before!

“A solid Dunkin’ location that’s almost always good and sometimes great. Service and food quality are consistently strong, though it can get hectic when the hockey parents descend on the place — you’ll know when that happens. Pro tip: swing by on a weekday around 11–11:30 and the donut case is nearly fully refreshed. Donuts here are almost always fresh and well done, which isn’t something you can say about every Dunkin’.
Food highlights: the Snackin’ Bacon is a favorite, though the serving size vs. price ratio leaves a little to be desired. My wife is hooked on the Caramel Craze Signature Iced Latte, and the Strawberry Banana Daydream Refresher was a pleasant surprise — really enjoyed that one. Miss it since it’s already gone!
We also tried the limited-time Barbie + Dunkin’ collab, the Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher with pink pineapple, oat milk, and strawberry cold foam. Think tropical strawberry milk but sweeter, creamier, and silkier. It wasn’t quite my thing, but if you love fruity and sweet, you’ll probably enjoy it.
One knock: the hash browns are extremely greasy, even by fast food standards. Skip those.
The ambiance is fast food meets coffee shop and with many tables and seating options inside and out there are plenty of places to sit and eat in and even get some work done. Usually kept pretty clean, can be quite disheveled if short handed and super busy which can last hours.
Overall, a reliable Dunkin’ that does the basics well. We keep coming back, and that says enough.“
“Jeremy Johnson made my morning today! I didn't have time to eat at home so I stopped at Dunkin. Usually my cream cheese comes on side but I was in a rush and asked if they could put it on my bagel. He did it and I appreciated it so much I had to ask his name. Sometimes it's the little things that can make someone's day! Thank you Jeremy!“
“I usually love this Dunkin (and not only because it’s the only one close by) but I was a little disappointed today. It was empty besides us and like two other people which is rare, and yet it seemed like they didn’t even really look at the sticker on my cup. I ordered on the app out of convenience (two nearsighted people and a 2.5 year old doesn’t make for an easy ordering experience at the counter). I specifically ordered a *cold foam* cold brew. The cold foam cold brew and normal cold brew are separate menu items. When my drink came out without the cold foam, I figured they’d simply misread the sticker (no problem, it happens. I worked at the Curry Hollow Dunkin for literally just under 2 years), or saw that I added oatmilk and assumed I’d ordered the cold foam cold brew by mistake (since oatmilk is often ordered because of lactose intolerance. I just prefer it). So I let them know that I did want the cold foam. I was told that I had to specify that I wanted cold foam added… what? I did? I ordered a cold foam cold brew, it’s *in the name*. I don’t know if he just still didn’t realize that and thought I ordered a normal cold brew or what. I also didn’t taste the pumpkin swirl I ordered. I was in too much of a hurry to stay and have it properly fixed. I’ll continue going to that Dunkin as I normally don’t have any problems with them, but I’d like them to pay more attention to orders.“
“I ordered #2 clown cones for my 34yo son as a sweet past memory of all the years I would order these cones for him and his elementary school class. I work at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh and live 1 hour away. Never thinking of the logistics when ordering until I was hours from picking up the order. Greta called that morning to confirm so I had called her back on the only number I had (her cell phone) to discuss my predicament. At this time, she was not at work, off the clock, and didn't have to help me. She confirmed that by the time I get home, the cones would probably be soup! She suggested I get ice from a local businesses close to their shop on Liberty Ave. I told her I was still not too familiar with that area because I just started this new position about 1 month ago. I assured her I would use my GPS and figure it out. She called me back about 1 hour before I was to pick up my order. She went out and bought a bag of ice for me and brought it to the shop. I was floored! This is a valuable employee but even better a remarkable human being. I was brought to tears with her kindness. She went above and beyond and should be recognized. I am truly grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer. And many thanks to Jill who decorated these cones beautifully!“
“I’m not a frequent customer at Dunkin but have visited this location a handful of times since working nearby. I’ve stopped several times for a dozen donuts to take to work and each visit was pleasant! The staff is very friendly and they’re quick, which is always important bright and early in the morning! I’ve been sure to tell friends and coworkers that this is a solid location. They’ll be seeing more of me!“
“You know I had to get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirls and cream, with the midnight roast!. I also have the Dunkin’ Donuts app which has rewards on it. So there was a reward for a free lemon pound cake!. Which was a decent size and it was nice and moist. The Dunkin’ Donuts had a drive-through, which was convenient no line the service was fast. Customer service was friendly.“
“Love Dunkin'! Make this run daily. Sad they charge more for the extra pump of syrup now. Not every store knows how to make sure you get a full pump of flavor with each pump. First pump is never full.
Vegetarian options: Not vegan but they do have a gluten free bagel at some stores.“
“The worker “Eli” was the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. My card was declining and he was so patient with me and stayed calm even when others were in the line behind me. I’ve never been so satisfied to the point where I’ve had to write a positive review, but this time pushed me over the edge. This boy is definitely in for a raise.“
“genuinely no clue in the slightest why there's so many negative reviews. I've lived on campus since August and go here at least two or three times a week, sometimes more often towards the middle of the semester. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the employees, in fact they're all chill & sociable and seem to be cool people. with the food itself i think the biggest crime is every now and then they put too much ice in my drink, but if I asked they would 100% remake it, I'm just not the kinda person who cares that much. overall great location and super kind people.“
“The place is nice, it’s not the worst the coffee gets made quick normally less than a minute when I order inside the staff are nice. I have a slight issue with speaking English but they were nice and corrected me without yelling or being rude. I sometimes see people on their computer it’s a nice place to eat I normally walk in, order, and leave“
