Jay the store manager at 500 Germantown Pike store location. His professionalism was AMAZING! We had an issue with our food not being delivered from our door dash person. (Door dash sent a pic of our food at the wrong house) So, my daughter and I went to the exact store to report it. Jay the manager immediately deescalated the situation ASAP gracefully and made things right! Kudos to Jay, the store managers.
I'm giving them a 2 because I love their foodand service usually, but this one Plymouth meeting PA is always closing early and when you come to the door 1 of the staff members is telling you that the store is closed. But they are standing around talking. they always close the store anytime around 940pm and 945pm when the store doesn't close to 10 o'clock.

I have had a lot of good meals here so I give it 3 star but Jason can’t make burritos. He rushes to the point where he thinks he heard you say something so he’s putting that topping on regardless. Bro has a hard time listening to customers because he’s in such a rush for some reason. There was legit no one behind me.
