Terrible service. Waited nearly 2 hours for our food. Almost an hour for apps and cocktails. This was not during peak hours and the staff were awful. And that’s not even all of the issues we experienced. Food was good but not worth the wait or trouble.

Food was very well prepared and our waitress Hellen A. Was very attentive and kind hearted to my family and I, we are very much appreciative and will be recommending her and Sortino’s to many of my friends in the area of the Poconos
