This was my first time in PA and happened to be the first place I ate while visiting and I was not disappointed! The customer service was great and the young man taking my order was so pleasant and mannerable. I ordered a medium chicken, beef, and green pepper pizza. The food is delicious, and they have worked with us to resolve issues when things aren't made to my liking---and I am picky!! To their credit, they have ALWAYS made things right on the rare occasion that they have shown their human side and made a mistake. We are always there too long because we just really enjoy our time at our local pizza place! Kim and Rich are wonderful, and I could sit and laugh with them all day. The labneh was so good with the most delicious olive oil I’ve had since I was in Greece. The falafel was very nice and crispy, the donut shape made sure it had maximum crispiness and the root vegetable on the side was so good! My partner had the mixed grill and enjoyed it very much. For desert we tried the homemade Castor which is a lovely custard flavour but eggless, the owner said it was a secret! The aish as-saraya I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. Beautiful hints of pistachio, rose and cream. Don’t forget the Turkish coffee for a kick in the bum!“
