“The best part of any beer garden — aside from the beer, of course — is the entertainment, and The Alley has plenty. Live music, oversized connect four, oversized Jenga, Cornhole all fill the void when conversations get dry. They've got solid beer choices (mmm, Troegs Dreamweaver...), but my companions were unimpressed by the cocktails (too sweet, apparently).Strangely enough, one of the best features of The Alley is the bathrooms they have on hand, which are cleaner and more comfortable than what you'd find at most indoor bars.The spot is clearly a local favorite and has a family-friendly vibe, since more than a couple folks brought their kids to scream and interrupt drunken Connect 4. Dogs, too, are welcome and definitely add to the experience.“
