“While the Panera food is always the best this review is specifically for the service given at this location. I placed an order here by mistake instead of a location close to my home. The order was ready for pick up when I realized the mistake. I called the store manager and just asked her to take care of the food so that it doesn’t go waste. Instead she gave me a full refund. “This is exactly what we needed in our community! I was blown away by how cool this place is and my daughter was overjoyed to be able to play all the games. I am so happy that they offer birthday parties - definitely something we will be looking into. The price to play is very reasonable ($8 for an hour/$14 for the day). I had a latte and “The Goose” breakfast sandwich. They were both tasty! The staff is so warm and kind. We will definitely be back and I will be telling all of my friends!“

“Worst take out experience ever. Ordered two corned beef specials to go, requested the chips go inti a separate box so as not to get soggy next to the sandwiches. At pickup, they put the chips on with the sandwich. Requested it be put in a separate box, got attitude from waitress. I gave up paid and left. The cole slaw tasted like vinegar, the corned beef tasted stale as if not freshly sliced. It all went to garbage disposal. NEVER again.“

The staff was friendly, personable, and quite attentive. It was a very relaxed meal (almost 3 hours) which is just right for a romantic fine dining experience.
