“I just hosted my baby shower at Crave on 04/19 and had the best experience! The food was delicious, the space was already decorated beautifully, and Nicole/staff were extremely helpful and kind! They helped us decorate and arrange furniture and gave tons of helpful suggestions!! The Cubano sandwich is very under flavored and the meat on it is so under seasoned that it tastes like boiled, wet meat. Very flavorless. Very disappointed. But the menu looks good, otherwise.

The fires are great. The cocktails are good. The tequila selection is phenomenal. The service and hospitality are great. Worth a revisit.“

“I live in Reading PA, I love the Pike and I’m proud how the owner created a phenomenal restaurant in Reading. I pray this new owner keeps up with what Mike Palano had created.. I am so sorry to say that the soup I received today, not one piece of ham not one bean it was chicken broth, and carrots. 🤦‍♀ it was supposed to be ham and bean soup.. Wings and vegetarian white pizza was awesome. Received it an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it.. New owner don’t destroy Mikes Legacy. Mike, maybe you need to buy it back…smh 🤦‍♀ The Servicing staff is beautiful .“

“My husband and I were looking for a place to grab dinner on Xmas eve. Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. They were super nice about it, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the service.“

“I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“

“I visited this Panera on 4/10/26 after visiting the book store and Petco. I went inside to get food. I first used the restroom which was very clean, had a full soap container and plenty of paper towels. I proceeded to order my food and was satisfied with the service. I ordered a chicken and avocado BLT with no bacon. I sat down at the bench and waited about five minutes to get my sandwich. Once I got my food, I asked for napkins, but the lady said she already put napkins in the bag. Sweet! I got my food, left and ate in the car. The sandwich was ok. It didn't seem to have as much chicken and avocado on it as I had gotten from other Panera's but I was still satisfied. I would eat there again.“
