From the moment we first tasted everything, we knew we were in for something special—and they absolutely delivered beyond our expectations. Our wedding cake was not only stunning, but every bite was pure perfection. The flavors were so fresh, rich, and beautifully balanced—nothing overly sweet, just incredibly delicious and thoughtfully made. The groom’s cake was just as amazing and such a fun, flavorful addition that our guests couldn’t stop talking about! And the gluten-free cupcakes… wow. I had multiple guests tell me they were some of the best gluten-free desserts they’ve ever had—honestly, you wouldn’t even know they were gluten-free! That was so important to us, and it meant a lot to be able to offer something that everyone could truly enjoy without feeling like they were missing out. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how incredible everything tasted—it was truly unforgettable. Dawn was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Every email was answered quickly, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and she made the entire process feel easy and exciting. “I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“Got a pizza here the other night on a whim. I've been in Pa since 2008 and from north jersey. This is some of the best pizza I've eaten since living here. Don't sleep on this place.“

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“I just finished a grilled chicken salad I picked up for lunch and it was an absolute delight! It's not an exciting order but I found it to have the perfect amount of everything and those croutons were delish! Kudos to my new go-to salad (and more) place! 👏👏🤤🤤“

“Stopped into Shirley's Tequila Bar for an impromptu lunch after hearing so many people recommend it, and I'm glad we finally did! We lucked out because it was $5 Margarita Monday, so of course we had to try a few. They have a great variety of margaritas, and the ones we sampled were delicious.

They've also got a good craft beer selection, plenty of parking, and a friendly, attentive bartender who made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down.

The real standout, though, was the Shirley's Fries. Sweet, salty, spicy...they're hands down some of the best fries I've had in a long time. If you go, they're a must-order.
