Lia Bonney turned my experience at Rita’s from something mundane to something magical. She made me and my friends feel so seen and welcomed and made some of the best custard and water ice I have ever had. I can’t stop thinking about how amazing it was. Highly recommend.
I love the store and the assortment of ices and custard. The workers are super nice they get a tip from me everytime. They deserve it the only problem is if it closes earlier than the website says please change it on the website. I checked the hours rode all the way there and it was closed an hour early. Super disappointed but other than that 5 stars
Under new management as of April 2025 and the new owners are super nice!!! They actually show up to the window, offer lots of samples, and I feel much more warm here than other locations. We love this location!
