I'm so, so happy they moved to my town! We used to visit their shop when they were in Quakertown, a few towns over, but now they are within walking distance! I love their Walburgers, and their macaroni dishes are some of the best I've ever had, vegan or not. Their homemade vegan honey mustard is super tasty... like I purchased a soup bowl of it level tasty. Their new storefront is beautiful for just hanging out, and the staff is overall very friendly. They also recently had an awesome vegan market, which I hope they do again!
I got the sweet potato fries with the Sriracha aioli. I think the fries could've been cooked a little longer, but they weren't bad, and the aioli was fantastic. I had the small vegan Mac n cheese and do not plan on getting it again. It tasted like a very watered down Alfredo sauce. I got a specialty Mac as well and had to put marinara sauce on it to give it flavor. I plan on coming back to try other options, but the Mac is off the list for me.
I have to admit I walked into this store thinking it was the old BBQ place. I was pleasantly suprised with nice staff that greeted me, and delicious food, which shocked me, being I am probably the farthest person from being a vegan. I enjoyed the soup and seitan steak sandwhich and they were amazing! I will definitely be back.
Your specialty is vegetable base food and you served canned vegetables?!Both my wife and I had canned veggies in our meals. This alone is unacceptable to a vegetable lover. Food was also very sweet and salty. French onion soup shouldn’t be that sweet. It’s the easiest soup to make, it only takes time. You don’t add sugar to it. I also question some of the flavor combinations, like the sweet pineapple killing any umami from chipotle mushrooms in one of the tacos.I hope it improves but I can’t try again anytime soon. You need to buy local veggies and make meals based around the season with balanced flavor. Hire a chef that loves vegetables.
My wife and I tried Clean Roots tonight for the first time. (Full disclosure, this is the first time we've ever even wanted to try vegan). Both the Mac attack and the lobster roll were delicious. Both meals exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back ?
Their Wahl Burger is our favorite! Stop in for some delicious plant based food and vegan/Gluten-free desserts! Used to go when they were in Quakertown. So happy they moved so close to us!
Excellent! My daughter is vegan, visiting from Michigan, and found on Happy Cow. Decided to try - we both loved our lunches. Got extra sweet potatoe fries to go! Would recommend highly. Great to see a vegan place like this so close by.
We’ve been here two times- and we’ll definitely be coming here more regularly since they’ve moved closer to us. Great service, great food. The two young girls working in the front were super nice and attentive. The new building looks amazing too!
I frequented this place when it was in Quakertown where I work. NEVER disappointed with the food or service. Now they have moved to Telford, closer to home, I hope to come more. Great, friendly staff and awesome indoor atmosphere. It's great. Give them a try, vegan or not, to support a local business!
Was here once, the food was absolutely amazing! I would love to go more often if it were closer to me!

An excellent place with amazing food. Love the fried seitan nuggets they are spot of for chicken so tasty. I haven't been disappointed yet and don't plan to be.
As a vegetarian who was THRILLED when this place came around, I wasn't pleased with my recent take-out order. Previously, orders had been "OK" so this time I ordered 4 different popular dinners and they were just SO overpriced & underwhelming for what you receive.I have no problem paying more for pandemic prices, but when I called to place my order, the woman was rude & placed me on "hold", but I could hear her on the phone with another customer. No biggie. When I went in, I was the only person there (it appeared she was working alone). She also told me to wait as she spoke on the phone (again) with a customer, which suggests they're understaffed. It wasn't late or an odd time. It wasn't busy. But what bothered me most was she was unmasked!Which is very unprofessional ESPECIALLY since she was preparing, boxing, and handling my food. It's not as big of a deal at a grocery store or gas station bc there's little interaction. But with FOOD SERVICE?I wear a mask out of respect to businesses & other patrons and it made me question what OTHER health & safety protocols they aren't following. My food wasn't very good and even the tacos were 2 flour shells doubled up with just a little cabbage & 4 total pieces of faux-meat. The burger was smushy, and the food was mostly cold even though I live literal blocks away.I really enjoy both vegan & vegetarian food, but I won't be back unless they find a way to offer better service & more reasonable prices and/or better quality foods. Most of it was "bun", filler, and flour tortilla. The flavor of the bean wraps was good though. But again, beans & rice in a wrap shouldn't be over $10.00.Hope it gets better, we don't have many vegan/vegetarian options. Presentation was OK, though.
Amazing service and food!?
TASTY FOOD - get the Snootz Wrap! Love this place, will be back!
meh....one dish was cold, the other piping hot, sweet potato fries were completely raw and inedible. Grainy cheeze sauce on the Mac n cheese. The best part was the vegan treats. I'm not sure if I'll be back again..
