“From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed, our waitress was so sweet and well mannered,bvery insightful on our meals as well. I had a bacon cheeseburger deluxe that was cooked to my personal perfection. My Gf chicken cacciatore was just as amazing with eggplant.“

“We are pretty regular customers here for breakfast and lunch but today we were very disappointed. I don’t know if our server, Michelle W. , who was also the Manager (at least today she was) is new but our service was terrible. My hot food came out well before my husband’s cold hoagie/milkshake. In fact we had to flag down the hostess to check on his order as our server was no where to be found. The Hostess never came back to report on the delay but a few minutes later a guy brought his food and shake. Still no sign of our server. When I went to ask to see a manager was when I found out our server was the manager. I asked why she never came back and why his food was late coming out and she just looked at me then said “sorry”. I said well sorry doesn’t cut it and she said sorry again and walked away. This is not typical of the service at Energy Station and I hope it does not become the norm or they will be losing customers.“
