Ordered on your new app.. window guy told me I was lying about ordering then when he found it took them 35 minutes to make my food.. what a joke! and no apologies nothing. do better wendys!
I stopped there last night for two cups of chili. I was practically thrown the bags, one cup was sideways in the bag, and when I got home and opened them they were barely at room temperature. I live a half mile away so it wasn’t a long time.
Just went to the new location and didn’t realize the lobby wasn’t open but the manager told us no worries let me know what you want. Then when we tried to pay he said the register was closed and it was on him. He could have just told us we needed to use the drive thru.
Nice people still exist! I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you again sir!
