Upon entering the store we could tell the person taking our order was clearly having a bad day. She shared her mood with us while we were ordering by rolling her eyes and sighing every time we asked for something. Our guacamole still had half an uncrushed avocado in it. I want to preface this by saying this is NOT about the employees themselves, but rather the management and environment that’s clearly impacting them. I stopped at Chipotle for lunch, and the moment I walked in I could feel the energy. It wasn’t just one person having a bad day it felt like the entire staff was carrying something heavy.
