I’ve been in to this location a few times, and food has been consistently good, but the customer service hadn’t been great, but this most recent visit this past Wednesday was the best, yet. I believe there was a new girl with brown hair handling the register, and who brought the food to my table, and she made me want to return. She was so nice and really knew how to speak to customers. Definitely made me smile and the table next to me agreed that she was amazing. The customer service alone would bring me back again and again. Way to go, Smashburger!!!”

“Amazing little gem on a corner in Phoenixville. Boneless chicken is double fried then dusted with dry rubs and/or powdered cheddar cheese (“snow chicken”). Great sides and easy on the wallet, fun eat-in place with great vibe. Great to have nearby - worthy of all our support.”

“the food was exception al and the service was impeccable. eliza asia and ivan were especially great my oonly draw back was that there was no valet when we arrived to help me with my sisters wheelchair and I was told someone would be there Opening the door to the restarant was therefore difficult”

The hostesses who great you are always so warm, so friendly, so happy to see you. If you're really lucky, you will have Oscar as your server because he is sensational. The food is positively delicious and the cocktails are hand crafted by expert bartenders. I highly recommend the steak tartare, the seared Ahi tuna, and the crab fried rice. Amazing! “I ordered lunch for my family, for take out. One item was loaded potato puffs. They came with a very small drizzle of sour cream and a few small pieces of bacon. most were dry and plain. Very frustrating as this was my husbands only food he ordered and will be eating 😔”

“These folks cater our office lunches a couple of weeks a month and everything i've had has been outstanding. From cold sandwiches to hot meals I've yet to have anything that wasn't awesome. I especially love their southwestern pasta salad. Great people, I highly recommend checking this place out”

“Had dinner at Bar Sera for the first time in 2023-06-16 for a 7pm reservation. We got seated right away, not waiting at all. All our drinks and food came out on time and was absolutely delicious. We had the best server named Rachel. She had many tables but still was amazing, very attentive and would engage in conversation with us as. She made the dining experience so much better than any restaurant I’ve been to in a while. The food overall was amazing. I highly recommend this place. If you can, ask for Rachel, she won’t disappoint.”
