I haven't even had a bite and this was a terrible experience. Your staff needs to be trained and not so aggressive. They were verbally abused by the manager who did not know what he or she (not sure) was doing either
Not cool. Came in for a sandwich on very limited schedule, the person is getting "fresh" bread for me "cuts" and opens it up, theres some sort of pesto or chipotle spred in it. Only when she realized i saw it, then proceeded to toss it. MEANWHILE a guy next to me is ordering food for his family, YOUR TEAM SKIPPED ME then proceeded to ask if i paid. If u want me to pay first why didnt u have the register there at first or ask me to pay???
