Ordered 45 double protein meals for dinner. We only received lettuce, cheese and salsa. Notified them of the issue and they would not redeliver missing item. I do recommend ordering from this location if you want to get what you paid for.
For a neighborhood meal we placed 4 separate orders for delivery. The meals were delivered with each box detailing the correct items and quantity. However, imagine our shock when we opened the boxes and the only thing in the boxes was a truly incredible quantity of lettuce, some salsa and some cheese. We had 50 people to feed and no food. This was around 7:30pm and multiple people continually tried to reach the store and only got customer service who basically said “too bad.”...read full review

My daughter got food poisoning from this location on 2/17/24. After reading other reviews and our recent experience, we are crossing it off of the places in the area we consider for meals. This will probably scare her off ever eating Chipotle again. The quality decline is no joke.
