I’ve been in to this location a few times, and food has been consistently good, but the customer service hadn’t been great, but this most recent visit this past Wednesday was the best, yet. I believe there was a new girl with brown hair handling the register, and who brought the food to my table, and she made me want to return. She was so nice and really knew how to speak to customers. Definitely made me smile and the table next to me agreed that she was amazing. The customer service alone would bring me back again and again. Way to go, Smashburger!!!“

“Awesome food. We had a dirty plate that I noticed only because it was wet and I used the black cloth napkin to wipe it dry. My napkin had white residue on it. I asked for a new plate and did get one. Also, most of the time we have to ask for fortune cookies. They used to be given with our check. We do love eating here, and drive 50 minutes from our home to get here. We saw the wonderful manager and Chef from our last visit.“

“The staff was friendly and service was good but the place was so empty the atmosphere was kind of awkward. The Yellowtail Jalapeno and Shrimp Shumai were delicious. I also got the seafood ramen and while it wasn't bad it wasnt good. The vegetable broth was the best part, the mushroom, crabmeat and scallops were good, the fish cake looked cool but had no flavor and the Shrimp were awful. They were clearly thawed frozen shrimp and they were hard and just gross. I would not order this again but I would try a different ramen on the menu.“

They always have great live music here and the food is pretty good. They Thai chili sauce is 10/10! Do get the shrimp with it you'll thank me later.
