“Never a bad meal.“

“We enjoyed our first visit to The Forge. Julia and Abby provided great service and the food options were excellent and in line with our expectations. We had the drunken mushrooms, a chicken souvlaki dish and a Margherita Pizza....more than enough for 2 as dinner. The service was great, atmosphere enjoyable and food was very good. Bonus...you can park in the parking lot next door for free....great feature for Lawrenceville. Wine list is limited...but our chardonnay was acceptable (an upgrade would be nice). We will return with family and friends. We are told weekend are busy but our Wednesday night was quiet and enjoyable.“

“Where everybody knows your name but this ain’t Cheers but the hipsters and post office workers are friendly enough even if they are not always friendly to each other. Oh and the mature older gentleman pouring the drinks and slinging the beers his name is, Rick and not Riggs.“

“Great food and great location. The desserts are AMAZING!! Everything is always fresh! If I had to say anything it would be I wish they would change up the buffet menu a bit and have a few more options on the main bar. Definitely will be back.“

“Inndigo Blue is a nice restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was excellent. I had a cup of French onion soup and a chef's salad, both of which were quite good. My server (Kimberly) was helpful and very pleasant. She was appropriately attentive to my needs without being in any way intrusive. I live about 4 hours away and was here on business staying at the Comfort Inn (attached). I don't know when/if business will take me to this same address again, but for a simple, tasty dinner, Inndigo Blue is a winner. Thanks!!“

“The buffet was nice, lots of meal options, nice restaurant setting and delicious desserts. The unlimited access to snacks such as hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, candy, pop, water and ice cream after the closing of the buffet was an added feature that we enjoyed, these snacks were available during the entire game and was a great perk with our ticket purchase.“

“Great local spot for drinks in a chill atmosphere and a late night bite. First time stopping by at late, at the last minute. I definitely will stop by again in the new future. It's kinda of out the way but in a really quiet ,chill area. Definitely recommend“

“The ambiance and downtown location did not disappoint for our anniversary dinner! Succulent scallops, asparagus, brussel sprouts and filet were all cooked to perfection. Lobster bisque was delicious. Caesar salad had a strong lemon flavor and lobster tail also had a creamy rather than butter sauce, for those with specific expectations. Christian is an excellent waiter-server. Overall a very pleasant experience, although on the pricey side.“

“Went to the lounge and had the most amazing half Caesar salad with mushrooms added to it. The mushrooms tasted amazing just like steak our waiter was wonderful very friendly and attentive. Went back the next night amazing again! Hope I'm back here again next year!“

“Wanted to make sure I wrote this review bc of my amazing experience. First, to get this out of the way… really cool vibe, great beers at great prices, and a great spot for local music. I went recently to see Sacred Monsters who were in town from Philly. It was the lead singer, KP’s birthday and we wanted to do something special for her. Long story short, Toy is amazing. Not only did she help with the surprise but she… on her own… ordered cupcakes for KP since I couldn’t find a cake that met her dietary restrictions. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. I can’t wait to go back.“

“Absolutely stunning venue! Phenomenal staff, from the doorman to the co-owner Maddy. So much work and time went into renovating and it shows. We will definitely be back for more shows in the near future… and rumor has it they have a full kitchen? Hopefully they have it running here soon. Can’t rave enough, but we had a great time. Parking wasn’t too bad, plan ahead or come early lol“

“Nestled deep in the bowels of the Omni hotel this joint is worth seeking out. There will be a doorman at the entrance to greet and seat you. Give your eyes a minute to adjust to the darkness while you take in the scent and sounds of someplace special. We chose seats at the bar. Do not let the young age of the bartenders fool you, these are some extremely talented mixologists creating some exceptional cocktails. If you’re seeking an exclusive and swanky vibe, this is the place.“

“Big portions, home cooked food. We go once every few months and I've never had a meal I didn't like. The French onion soup and the pecan balls are my favorites. Their pizza crust is probably the only thing I avoid; it's not bad, but it's not good.“

“Impressive Cozy, Loft style dining experience; wonderful atmosphere with friendly knowledgeable staff and a well versed menu.
We arrived at our reservation time and were seated for dinner. The restaurant setting is comfortably welcoming as was our waitress Amy. We were dining in a downtown loft apartment looking out at the city of Pittsburgh. The decor was fitting of the experience both fixtures and furnishings.
We ordered the crispy Brussels, the crab cakes and salmon with risotto. All were cooked perfectly. We also partook in a pretty and plum cocktail 🍹 👍🏾 and a cherry 🍒 bloom mocktail (not as flavorful as expected so Amy had the bartender mix up another mocktail that had a more flavorful taste 👌🏾). I was also treated to a delicious birthday cake 🎂 .
There is lots of different seating options from lounge to large tables, intimate and bar seating. The bar is also very large. Overall great dining experience Emerson’s keep up the good work I enjoyed your restaurant.“

“Food was good not great. Burgers were good as were fries. Caesar salad was fresh but under dressed and seasoned - should have asked for more dressing on the side. Onion soup was under seasoned. Nice views from the 10th floor but very open and noisy. Good service.“

“I can’t say enough great things about this place! They invited our specials needs kiddos in and not only made us the most wonderful, delicious pizzas but it was all on the house! “A little biased here, but my father built LaBarbe’s back in the late 1920’s. It’s gone through changes over the years however, it still remains a wonderful place and still has the great food and great owners. I’m headed back to eat there today (8/6).“

“It took a while to get my food order because I ordered fish and it is lenten season. It was worth the wait! The fried Swai and waffle fries combo was all that! The food was still hot when it arrived!
Next time I will order a bit earlier but definitely order again!“
