This is the only Caribbean stall in the Fairgrounds Farmer's Market. I (obviously) ordered their ox tail entree with a side of rice and mac & cheese. The ox tail were the most tender I've had in this city so far. The rice was decent but I was slightly disappointed by their mac & cheese. It wasn't the elbow pasta that I'm used to (I believe it was penne) nor was it as yellow and gooey as I like it but it wasn't bad overall. Wow this place is amazing! What a perfect addition to Fairgrounds Farmers Market! They are super friendly and the food is all delicious ? My daughter LOVES the oxtail, check out her food review on YouTube at Heavenly Food Reviews ?

My wife and stopped in a the market today to shop and grab lunch. Stopped by Caribbean Cravings to try something different. And let me tell ya it was worth it. Food was amazing! Staff was awesome! I could not finish it because they give ya so much. Well I got lunch tomorrow. Definitely give it a try.
