Health Kick Cafe

Ambiance: I was confused at first. It didn't seem like an eating establishment. There was a guy chilling in the corner, studying. And he was on and off the trampoline incessantly. It was noon on a Thursday. Food: we came to have a vegan lunch. And a vegan lunch we had! It certainly did look and taste like a vegan meal. Get the Toona; thank me later. I wandered into this shop looking for lunch after my mom kept telling me about it. I didn't know what to look at or how to order food, but I was greeted by a staff member & ended up ordering a green smoothie or maybe it's a juice, it's thinner than a smoothie, but thicker than juice & most importantly, it's delicious & good for ya! I have been a loyal customer at Arnolds for years. Recently they have begun making some improvements as they are working to redo the cafe. New paint, ceilings, tables, etc. helps create an even more welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely love Arnolds Way, they have the best banana whips and salads!!
