Being from Miami, I have a soft spot in my heart for authentic Latin Food. All types of Latin Food. When I travel through Berks county Pa, I like to go through down town Reading Pa and get some Empanadas etc...I have eaten many types of empanadas from Miami to Philly, from Cuban to Columbian and all points in between.
