Slow service and half the menu wasn’t available but still on the menu board. Also the clerk was rude about it. Left without buying anything.
In regards to the Sinking Spring Rita's... No problem with the food itself. But after waiting 25 minutes in line, I was greeted with super rude customer service. Ordered a watermelon gelati, small, took a breath to keep talking, but the girl already turned away and started making it in the back, before she knew what flavor custard I wanted. She made vanilla and another girl asked if that was all. I asked for a twist for my custard and the original girl said "it's already made"...read full review
