Placed a mobile order here, got charged, and when I showed up to pick it up, still 15 minutes before closing, they said they were already closed and couldn’t do anything for me. Could work on shutting off mobile ordering later at night in the future so people don’t waste time.
Came from the Wyomissing Wendy’s after a very rude and unpleasant experience. This Wendy’s was so much better. Answered questions to their best ability. Food was warm and prompt and delicious. I’m coming here always.
