“We have been going there for decades. Generous portions (at good prices) give at least one more meal from leftovers. Rarely have room for the good-looking desserts, but when we do, they are great. Vegetables often disappoint, but a double order of the excellent fries provides potatoes with our eggs the next morning.“

Waitress came over quickly and took our drink order, followed by food order. I ordered the mini tomato pie (which I never heard of). it was delicious and I recommend it. other guests in my party had breakfast eggs and sausage/gravy and a pork sandwich. All good was good. Service excellent, friendly staff and tasty food. only negative is seating is really tight as room is small. we will return when in town again visiting.“

There is a tremendous selection to fit everyone's palate. Our family has been going here since opening day and are never disappointed. One grandson favors his own blend of food at the stir fry, another likes the susi and the grandaughter likes the sampler, a small taste of everything. All like the fruit and chocolate bar and of couse cookies and ice cream. I prefer the shrimp, general's chicken, steak and the cheesy crab bake. Staff are attentive and friendly. “I went here on Saturday. I was on a bus trip with my church family from Connecticut to see the play Joshua at Sight and Sounds in Lancaster. Then we went to the outlets. By the time we got to the outlets, I was not feeling well and I was having some mobility issues, so I couldn't really walk around the outlets. I sat on a bench for a while and I saw two girls walking by with two iced coffees. From where I was sitting I could see the label of the coffee cup down the hill on the sign for the cafe so I decided to try to walk down there to get some coffee.
I am so glad I went in the cafe it was so nice and beautiful and appeared very clean and maybe have air conditioning. The staff was so nice they told me to go to the back to read the menu and then I can order. I had a shamrock iced coffee which was wonderful and this delicious asiago bagel with homemade cream cheese. It was amazing! It really hit the spot. I sat in a booth and people watched and watch the news on my YouTube. I am so grateful for this Cafe that I was able to enjoy my trip to the outlets even though I couldn't get around that much. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality and wonderful food! I hope to come back sometime when we visit again.“

“This was a cute little stop, we made while on a GuntherTour Bus day trip. The driver and bus chaperone got off the bus, walked up to the pickup window and was given a sticky bun for all the passengers. We thought it was a bakery that we could go into and look around and make our own purchases. You can only walk up, view the menu and order, because it's gives a walk up only vibe, which is okay, it was definitely a nice add on to our day of visiting many factories on our Sweet Treat Tour.“

“Kitchen Kettle Village was such a fun and charming stop! There were so many shops to explore — from homemade treats to handcrafted decor — and even some of the cutest little Airbnbs right on-site. I could’ve taken home so many snacks and goodies, but the semi can only hold so much 😂 We still managed to bring back a few favorites! The fudge-making was so fun to watch (and taste!), and the pretzels, ice cream, and kettle corn are absolute must-tries. I ordered the Iced Pumpkin Chai, which was a little too sweet for my liking and they were so kind enough to replace it with something else. I ended up getting the Maple Spice latte, SOOO delicious!! I was also VERY pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. I hot the Autumn Turkey sandwich...Best sandwich I've had in a good while. Perfect combination of flavors and quality of both food and drink were top tier. I would also recommend their Pumpkin Cream cheese pop tart. Yum!! Overall service was great, friendly, welcoming and quick. Will DEFINITELY be back.“

“I Just ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, and a side of steamed dumplings. I'm a single guy an this portion is insane. Rice could feed three people but in the best way. Flavorful, the chicken inside the the sweet an sour has so much flavor by its self. Im very very pleased with this order. The dumplings are FIRE!!!!! One of the best places in lancaster and I work in fine dining.“

“My wife and I are older and have never been on a chopper but decided to try Wackers. Pulling into the huge lot was confusing, as there was only one other car there and it was parked in front of the Harley store. The other spaces appeared to be blocked off, so we took a chance and parked there anyway. The entrance was not well marked but we found it. At first, all we saw were high tables and chairs, which my wife can't negotiate. We were shown a table in front of the kitchen, which was fine. We ordered our food from the limited menu and tried to make ourselves heard over the loud music. Food came and was really good. Had to ask for napkins (at a rib joint!). When the check came, I was surprised by the extra charges for salad dressing and a side dish that I assumed came with the meal. We paid and left a hefty tip.“

“We sat inside, but I think one of the coolest parts about this place is their patio. It has a ton of room out there and is filled with all types of plant life. There is a great selection of board games and cards to pass the time while drinking some brews. The brewery had a nice selection of their own beer and other locally sourced beer. Bartender was super nice and personable.“

And waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to ask them to correct it, even with cars behind us, no one came. We knocked, honked, tried to get their attention and no one came so we left.

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

“My recent Tuesday evening visit to Applebee's was a positive experience. I was happy that they have later operating hours and ordered two meals. The restaurant was clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Christopher J., the manager was very patient and welcoming. I enjoyed talking to Chris, while I waited just a short time for my meal. He refilled my iced tea for me before I left. The two meals of 6 oz. sirloin and grilled chicken, which included garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious. The only reason I gave the food a 4 out of five rating was that the sirloin had an area of tough to chew meat. I would be happy to return to Applebee's again when I am visiting Lancaster.“
