“Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“Today--Super Bowl Sunday--one of the busiest days of the year--Philly Pretzel Factory took the time to correct a mistake that I made when I ordered that required a refund on my credit card. The staff handled it with understanding and kindness. Very thankful.“
“Sandwich and pretzels were fresh! Pretzels are like the ones we made growing up. Liked the cranberry twist to a choice as well. However, one regular was a bit overcooked. The gal that waited on us was very nice. Great stop! If you’ve never had homemade soft pretzels (not the game day kind) - then it’s a must stop!“
