“I love this place when I'm in Lancaster! It's one of my go-to spots. The shoo-fly pie is amazing, and the whoopie pies are great too. The people are so friendly, and I always feel welcome. They even give you a free sample of shoo-fly pie, which I can never resist. You should totally check it out.“

“We stayed on a summer weeknight and had a great experience! The grounds are beautiful with tons of photo opportunities and peaceful walking trails. We stayed in the Carriage House—very clean rooms with their own parking, and just a short, easy walk to the main hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet for guests was a highlight—especially the made-to-order omelettes, which were absolutely delicious! The shops on-site are super cute, and the pool and playgrounds kept the kids happily entertained. A relaxing, family-friendly getaway—we’d definitely stay again!“

There was a delay with our food and our server Tesla and the rest of the staff could not have been more apologetic and accommodating. “I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

“The food was good and overall we enjoyed our experience. I dinged them because they were out of quite a few things on the menu. It was fairly early on a Saturday evening (6:00 reservation) and they were out of four main courses, a salad, and an appetizer. There were no seafood choices at all. The ambience was kind of nondescript but in their defense they weren't in their regular space. I did love my dessert - I don't see it often on menus.“

“My wife and I had lunch at Chilangos today, the food was amazing. My wife loved her Shrimp Enchiladas, and I had the best Birria Tacos I've ever eaten. Lots of meat, which melted in my mouth. Tortillas were fried crispy, and I loved the grilled onions/chilis and cilantro/onions that were served on the side. Service has always been great when we eat there.“

“We have been going there for decades. Generous portions (at good prices) give at least one more meal from leftovers. Rarely have room for the good-looking desserts, but when we do, they are great. Vegetables often disappoint, but a double order of the excellent fries provides potatoes with our eggs the next morning.“

“What a hidden gem! This little Italian spot completely blew me away. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff treat you like family from the second you walk in.

The food is fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned (not greasy at all). The shrimp Alfredo was rich and creamy, with tender shrimp and pasta that tasted homemade. The pizza had that perfect crispy crust, and the garlic bread was the best one I have ever tried!

We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!!
