The new Pizza Hut location just opened in Royersford so we decided to try it. we placed the order on the website and it never came. When we called we were told that the order was cancelled. we called the store and spoke to the manager, Alex, and was told we would have to call Door Dash to get our money back. So not only does delivery take over an hour because you’re understaffed. But then we get the wrong pizza. Then we come to get the correct crust that we paid for, and get a pizza that STILL doesn’t have the right crust but I’m not spending all day waiting for the incompetence to get corrected. Almost 2 hours later...freaking ridiculous.

Extreamly disappointing in this locations lack of customer service, horrible delivery, terrible employees (who lack common sense and proper training), and abysmal ability to make up for their consistent mistakes. I have ordered from this location (because I wanted Pizza Hut food) 10 or more times. Almost every single time there is some sort of issue.
