Cellar Works Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
110 S Pike Rd #205, Sarver

“Excellent selections of craft brews. You can't go wrong with anything here, all of their beers are excellent! I have a head time deciding what to drink, they are all very good! They also have a small food menu which varies from time to time, but also very tasty! Also, the Celler Society membership is also a very good deal, you should check it out!“

“Came across this awesome little coffee and chocolate shop at the recommendation of another small local vendor. Definitely worth stopping in. We both had chai while perusing the store. Chocolates are handmade in small batches in the store. Owner is a big supporter of other local small businesses and working to revitalize the area. Highly recommend this place!“

Saxonburg Coffee & Tea Cafe • $
211 W Main St, Saxonburg - 3.45 miles

“Coffee is mostly good. Coming from a craft coffee shop in Pittsburgh, I wish they didn't use Monin syrups. For my nondairy friends out there, skip the oat milk and go for soy (the oat milk is truly terrible but the soy milk has a delicious creaminess for iced lattes)“

“I had a HUGE craving for a chicago style deep dish pizza after watching a review on one. I searched for 'deep dish butler' and got this restaurant! So worth the roughly 30 minute drive. Not only was the deep dish incredible, the garlic knots were the best I've ever had. I got my food to go, but the inside was very cute! Just pay attention to where you pull into the parking lot... they have a HUGE sign that says 'do not enter' but as I was leaving someone tried pulling in and near missed running right into me.“

“I ordered the Diablo pasta with salad, my husband the Pittsburgh style steak with a baked potato and salad. We also ordered a fried zucchini appetizer. The fried zucchini and salad were both delicious, I loved the poppy seed sweet and sour dressing. The pasta, though... I guess I should have asked questions. I love spicy hot food, the problem was not that the dish was too spicy. The problem was that the dish was hot for the sake of being hot. There was no flavor to the hot peppers/sausage in it at all. It's also literally just tomato sauce, I guess I was expecting a marinara. Was it horrible? Absolutely not. Would I order it again? Absolutely not. My husband's steak looked (and he says it tasted) delicious, but he said the baked potato was overcooked and dry. He didn't finish it.I expected more of a $100 meal.“

Narcisi Winery Winery • $$
4578 Gibsonia Rd, Gibsonia - 10.73 miles

“It's a nice place, nice setting. Not a bad place to take a date; you can take the winery tour then have dinner. It's slightly upscale and priced accordingly but in a country way, not "fancy." I had salmon, it was nicely prepared, nothing spicy or exotic in any way, but it was fresh, moist, good serving size. It's a bit of a drive, about 40 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and a rather twisting route, I wouldn't want to try to get there at night without GPS.“
