“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. “Even though this place is a small chain it doesn't feel like it. We were there before a theater show and told our server that we had to leave at a certain time but one of our small plates didn't make it out by the time we had to leave. We paid our bill and ran, but on the way back I thought I'm just going to stop in to see if they still had our food. They said they got rid of it because it would have been cold, but they gave us a voucher to come in for a free appetizer in the future! So kind, thanks!“

“LOVE this place. The staff is always super nice. We love Holly, John, Jason, Laci, and Gina are fantastic. This is after 2 years of visiting. And the outdoor space is phenomenal. More than enough room for large groups. Also the beer is great, always. They have sours and ciders too. They deserve to be way busier than they are. Very dog friendly and have a fire going as well on cold days. YOU NEED LIVE MUSIC or a DJ on sundays. PLEASE“

We heard f-bombs from the kitchen and the bartender swearing at the manager complaining about their system being down. I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“
