Tamales that good should make the regular menu or just have them as a weekly 2 day special. The service was excellent as well. The hot salsa she provided lived up to the "hot" end of things for sure. 10/10 recommend this place! Would love to see lingua on the menu as well as beef cheek tacos! “My wife and I made brunch reservations and were looking forward to exploring the area. I ordered a Bistro Bloody Mary which was great, real smooth and not overly acidic like others I have had. My beloved ordered the Lavender Lemonade light and refreshing. Perfect for the summer day. She had the Eggs Benedict on toasted Wolferman's English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise garnished with chive. The Eggs Benedict is outstanding. Perfectly poached egg, the Canadian bacon delivered the right amount of salt and the hollandaise brought it all together. I enjoyed the steak and eggs with beef tenderloin tips cooked medium rare with two eggs your choice and smothered with chipotle chimichurri that is absolutely out of this world. Both of our entrees were served with twice cooked red potatoes. Baked on a bed of sea salt then smashed and lighly fried. These amazing potatoes became a star on menu. After eating one, I knew this beyond a doubt. They are lite and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Fantastic job chef! The wait staff is attentive with their service. The chef a true professional. We spoke with the owner Greg and he was gracious enough to give us a little history and point out some things that made Bistro 19 special. I sampled a delicious buttermilk biscuit and even a touch of their signature sage and maple sausage gravy. Bistro 19 is true gem. Dinner reservations are coming soon.“

Pasta was cold, filet not prepared correctly then given back to me burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We were so very disappointed. $200 wasted and I walked away hungry. “The food, the staff and the atmosphere were excellent. My wife and I decided to visit on a date night; I would highly recommend visiting. We ordered several of the tapas (spiced beef empanadas, salmon a la plancha, summer squash, house made focaccia), the Parrillada Barcelona half plate and also had the chocolate cake and basque burnt cheesecake for desert. It was all excellent.“

“They have so many beers to choose from that I felt like a kid in a toy store, but with the major advantage that here nobody judges you for starting to drink at two in the afternoon. My absolute favorite was the Gristly Bear Brown followed closely by the Porter, though with such a huge variety there are options for every taste and level of thirst. Since trying them all at once is a one-way ticket to talking to aliens, getting a flight is the best scientific strategy. The cocktails, on the other hand, are better left alone unless you want to put your tolerance for liquid regret to the test. Outside they have a lifesaver food truck just in case hunger strikes and you need to absorb the alcohol with some dignity. They accept card payments, but if you pay in cash they give you a discount that makes it totally worth digging through your couch cushions.“

I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“
