“Stopped by today for lunch. Was VERY impressed. Im very picky about my tacos and prefer the more authentic ones. This place NAILED it! I also got the tamale they had on special, again the NAILED it! Tamales that good should make the regular menu or just have them as a weekly 2 day special. The service was excellent as well. The hot salsa she provided lived up to the "hot" end of things for sure. 10/10 recommend this place! Would love to see lingua on the menu as well as beef cheek tacos! Im not a small guy, but 2 tacos and 1 tamale filled me up pretty well.“

“I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Recon. We had a get together there to visit my daughter and her children while they were in town. I originally thought we would have 20 people, but it was more like 25. We are a big, noisy family and they were wonderful! The food and drinks were amazing! Our waitress, Morgan, was exceptional! “I make smoothies at home all the time but occasionally stop at Smoothie King for one of theirs. Had a Blueberry Heaven recently and it was wonderful! The employee was kind and the service was quick. I recommend stopping by and picking up a smoothie of your choice--your body will thank you for fueling it with such tasty and healthy nutrition!“

If you never tried Burgh’s you are missing out. It’s a great place to take your family or friends for dinner. Kid friendly if you never been. It’s a Family owned restaurant and the staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent apps, with super fast service. Try the seasonal custard ice cream. Beer was also ice cold.

“My husband and I drove 5 hours for a weekend getaway to Christmas shop without our kids. We stumbled upon this restaurant and OH MY!!! It’s absolutely amazing. We ate at Eggs & Moore both mornings we were in Pittsburgh. The FOOD was freaking amazing. The BEST breakfast I’ve ever ate. The service was just as great. Such a fun welcoming atmosphere. GREAT service. Fast & YUMMYYYY!!!! Our favorite spot in Pittsburg area.“

“The Food is Amazing! The Swedish Meatballs are great. Get the Plantains and make sure to get the jam. Also get the gravy over the meatballs. Also mix the Raspberry & Linden berry drinks together. The red velvet cake with cream cheese icing is amazing. I like the Cafeteria style and the carts. Once you’re done you put your trays on big carts, that staff take back. Really cool experience. I would come again. Would highly recommend.“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. We were there before a theater show and told our server that we had to leave at a certain time but one of our small plates didn't make it out by the time we had to leave. “My husband and I decided to try out Downeys after reading reviews on Facebook. Walking in the door, we were greeted by the host and asked if we’d like a table but we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was right there waiting to take our drink order-even as packed as it was- and once we told her it was our first time there, she told us all about their specials and raved about all of the food. We decided on trying two of their pizzas-the Tuscan and the italiano. We also were told about the house made ranches they offer and OF COURSE we had to get them. 10/10 Delicious is a downplay! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!“

I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“
