Tamales that good should make the regular menu or just have them as a weekly 2 day special. The service was excellent as well. “This is our favorite Alddin’s location in Pittsburgh. The food is always delicious; kibbe, beef kafta rolls, Aladdin’s favorite combo, and baba gannouj are our usual picks. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s easy for us to get to and has a parking garage across the street for easy parking. We have made friends with some of the staff and always love dining in. “The 5 stars rating say it all. I ate there the first year Chef Greg opened the door to the public. I've dined there from its earliest days until now. Pastas, meatballs and sauces are outstanding. I only wish they would bring back the Panna Cotta. The menu is limited but that's how the quality is maintained, this is not Pasta Too.“

“This restaurant is awesome! I have gluten and dairy allergies and I can eat here. They use no dairy and can makr most dishes gluten free. In addition, I like lots of vegetables. Today I ordered chicken fried rice gluten free, extra vegetables. They didn't just add more carrots and peas. No, they added broccoli, snow peas, zucchini, and mushrooms!! I am soo thankful to the Rice Inn for their flexibility and above and beyond service. There are few restaurants that I dare eat in but the Rice Inn is great, right down to their friendly and professional staff.“

“Phenomenal food in a very quaint and unassuming restaurant. Loved the peach BBQ sauce and all the smoked meats. Definitely try the sampler platter- worth it! Also loved the burnt ends and cornbread- hope the burnt ends stick around! The only thing I would just know going in is that the Mac and cheese is more a loose Mac than a baked- not my personal preference but still tastes good, just something to consider picking your sides. Will 10000% be back“
