“The 5 stars rating say it all. I ate there the first year Chef Greg opened the door to the public. I've dined there from its earliest days until now. Pastas, meatballs and sauces are outstanding. I only wish they would bring back the Panna Cotta. The menu is limited but that's how the quality is maintained, this is not Pasta Too.“

“We had our wedding rehearsal dinner for twelve there last Friday evening. I had made the reservation with Doug, the very nice owner, a month prior after he graciously showed me the restaurant. At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.“

“The Food is Amazing! The Swedish Meatballs are great. Get the Plantains and make sure to get the jam. Also get the gravy over the meatballs. Also mix the Raspberry & Linden berry drinks together. The red velvet cake with cream cheese icing is amazing. I like the Cafeteria style and the carts. Once you’re done you put your trays on big carts, that staff take back. Really cool experience. I would come again. Would highly recommend.“

This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. We were there before a theater show and told our server that we had to leave at a certain time but one of our small plates didn't make it out by the time we had to leave. We paid our bill and ran, but on the way back I thought I'm just going to stop in to see if they still had our food. They said they got rid of it because it would have been cold, but they gave us a voucher to come in for a free appetizer in the future! So kind, thanks!“

We heard f-bombs from the kitchen and the bartender swearing at the manager complaining about their system being down. Overall, worth the trip for the food but the service and vibe were off and it put a damper on what we hoped would’ve been a nice way to start a birthday.“

I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“
