“My wife and I made brunch reservations and were looking forward to exploring the area. I ordered a Bistro Bloody Mary which was great, real smooth and not overly acidic like others I have had. My beloved ordered the Lavender Lemonade light and refreshing. Perfect for the summer day. She had the Eggs Benedict on toasted Wolferman's English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise garnished with chive. The Eggs Benedict is outstanding. Perfectly poached egg, the Canadian bacon delivered the right amount of salt and the hollandaise brought it all together. I enjoyed the steak and eggs with beef tenderloin tips cooked medium rare with two eggs your choice and smothered with chipotle chimichurri that is absolutely out of this world. Both of our entrees were served with twice cooked red potatoes. Baked on a bed of sea salt then smashed and lighly fried. These amazing potatoes became a star on menu. After eating one, I knew this beyond a doubt. They are lite and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Fantastic job chef! The wait staff is attentive with their service. The chef a true professional. We spoke with the owner Greg and he was gracious enough to give us a little history and point out some things that made Bistro 19 special. I sampled a delicious buttermilk biscuit and even a touch of their signature sage and maple sausage gravy. Bistro 19 is true gem. Dinner reservations are coming soon.“

“Stopped by today for lunch. Was VERY impressed. Im very picky about my tacos and prefer the more authentic ones. This place NAILED it! I also got the tamale they had on special, again the NAILED it! Tamales that good should make the regular menu or just have them as a weekly 2 day special. The service was excellent as well. The hot salsa she provided lived up to the "hot" end of things for sure. 10/10 recommend this place! Would love to see lingua on the menu as well as beef cheek tacos! Im not a small guy, but 2 tacos and 1 tamale filled me up pretty well.“

“This is our favorite Alddin’s location in Pittsburgh. The food is always delicious; kibbe, beef kafta rolls, Aladdin’s favorite combo, and baba gannouj are our usual picks. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s easy for us to get to and has a parking garage across the street for easy parking. We have made friends with some of the staff and always love dining in. “Roland's never disappoints! We had my dad's surprise 70th birthday dinner here tonight. Food was delicious as always, best Chicken Parm around, fresh pasta lasagna was amazing . They were very accommodating with any requests or needs we had and made the planning process a breeze. The venue is beautiful on its own and needs almost no decor added. I highly recommend KingView for any intimate shower, celebration, or event you have!“

“Phenomenal food in a very quaint and unassuming restaurant. Loved the peach BBQ sauce and all the smoked meats. Definitely try the sampler platter- worth it! Also loved the burnt ends and cornbread- hope the burnt ends stick around! The only thing I would just know going in is that the Mac and cheese is more a loose Mac than a baked- not my personal preference but still tastes good, just something to consider picking your sides. Will 10000% be back“

“I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Recon. We had a get together there to visit my daughter and her children while they were in town. I originally thought we would have 20 people, but it was more like 25. We are a big, noisy family and they were wonderful! The food and drinks were amazing! Our waitress, Morgan, was exceptional! “This is my review from Yelp for the new CASTLE SHANNON LOCATION. The pizza pops! I mean that in a great way and wanted to start the review out by saying so. I was excited when I saw the 'coming soon' sign. I've never had their pizza before but looking at the website, the pictures were enticing. I even called the number for the CS location. I got Greg who was in there doing last minute stuff. He told me when they were opening, he was really nice about it. So let's get to the pizza, shall we? It's square. The crust is light, crispy and flavorful. The sauce is ZEE best (See how I did that there). I love square pizza and I go to other areas to get it because we haven't had good square pizza since Jim's back in the early 90s. Now we have Jimmy Z's and I couldn't be more thrilled. Having grown up in the city, it was a staple and a treat to go to another pizza place. I won't say the name, but it sounds like Leedos. Where they have square pizza and cold cheese on top. I would go there despite the numerous times they were out of pizza (Yep no lie) and the staff just needs to attend "Sunshine is Us' school of customer service. But I put moody teens aside and trudged there. Now, no more. I don't have to. I get better pizza from Jimmy Z's and ... and I get service with a smile. They are so polite and welcoming. I also tried one of their Zoagies. If you get one, get it with everything. They're absolutely ZEElicous. When I find a place I like, I am like an old faithful dog. These people are gonna get tired of me.“

The new staff was friendly polite smiling just a total different atmosphere walking in the door. The food was good and fast, didn't have to wait very long. There is indoor seating not alot but enough to grab a quick bite. The shop is easily found but parking can be difficult to do at times. Overall im happy with the food and the staff we encountered and would go back again.“

It’s a Family owned restaurant and the staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent apps, with super fast service. Try the seasonal custard ice cream. Beer was also ice cold.

“Had never eaten at a Popeyes before. Ordered 2pc spicy chicken and Cajun fries. Was given all dark meat. The spicy was good, but expected a mix of dark and white. The fries didn't impress me much, BUT the guy at the counter was very helpful and helped me with the menu.“
