“The ladies in the Schnecksville Subway are the best. On a recent visit I asked for the sandwich called Mezza Meat. They told me that it was no longer offered but that didn't stop them for offering top notch customer service. They put together the sandwich without so much as a sigh or whimper. “What a wonderful experience at Auntie Anne’s at Tilghman Square Allentown PA. The workers were all friendly. We wanted extra salt and butter on our pretzels and it was no bother for them to take care of us. Service was fast and professional. This is now my favorite and only Auntie Anne’s location that I will support.“

“Babies first trip to chick-fil-a . I have to say that this location has the best staff of any fast food location, I've been on the whole east coast. They made our first trip out and about that much more special. What they didn't know, is that my newborn has a rare lung condition and Ive been a nervous mess since he was born. The kindness and supportive words really changed my whole outlook on our day. They deserve all the stars. They always go above and beyond .

“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“Placed a mobile order for $30 worth of grub for my wife & I. My wife is nine months pregnant & had a craving for a Beef & Cheddar with a medium curly fries. I am dealing with a new dairy allergy and thus had to get no cheese on my Reuben but added bacon & diced jalapeños on my double Roast Beef sandwich. I was feeling hungry so opted for a large curly to accompany my double-handed entrées. Both of our fries were hot, fresh & full of big curlys just like big mama had a hankering for. Each of the three sandwiches were perfectly constructed & each special instruction was seen to.

The lobby here is probably the most luxurious fast food restaurant lobby that I have ever seen. Crew seemed super friendly & were a pleasure to interact with. Seeing as how I just bought a house nearby, I'm looking forward to many more return visits for The Meats. A+ 5 stars keep up the superb service Arby's on Main St. in Fogelsville!“

“This particular store normally has very good breakfast sandwiches and home fries...The whopper meat is normally cold when you get it.... Though the double cheeseburger is my go-to and pretty good every time. A very tasty burger... Opt for that in my opinion...“

“Taco Bell is my jam! As a multi unit manager, DINK, and vegetarian, there is no better option for fast food. My order is always perfect, despite my substituting, adding, and subtracting, and delicious. They allow me to have what I want when I want and the staff is always having a good time and never annoyed at my requests. If you've never swapped the ranch sauce for creamy jalapeño sauce (over rice instead of beef if you're a vegetarian) on a cheesy Gordita crunch you don't know what you're missing! Oh and adding tomato to your quesodilla is also divine!

Vegetarian options: Everything at Taco bell is made to order so they easily sub rice, beans, or Fiesta potatoes for whatever meat the item comes with, virtually opening up the entire menu to vegetarians with unlimited customization options.“

But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. “Good food. Did not like the Garlic Spicy Saucy nuggets, too greasy. The other ones were good though. Elsewise the nuggets and frosty vanilla tasted great! Good for a quick bite! Great service and quick preparation for a fast meal. Missed their vanilla frostys and the chocolate ones too!“

Empty restaurant, ordered and paid via screen app that did not accept cash. Saw an arm stick out and yell when my order was ready.

We did order some hot sauces but I guess that has become my own responsibility and didn’t find out until we were able to unwrap the poorly configured attempt at food.

Missed out on the big cheez it combo because the menu app was not updated and everything was comically up-priced.

At least they had fresh tortillas…..?

“My grandpa’s favorite! He started visiting for hot dogs shortly after he returned stateside from Europe and Army service during WWII. Even after losing his eyesight in the early 1980’s, he’d take the bus using his mobility cane, walk down those stairs and grab a hot dog. I have great memories of visiting with him. Now I opened my own hot dog cart in the Central PA area in his memory….and made it a 1940’s themed business. I miss ya Bud…but glad I can visit Willy Joes for some memories and dogs. ❤️“

“Visited this Wendy location Saturday 21st in the afternoon - Place as always was very clean, Bathrooms well kept. Tables and floors clean. Had a wonderful experience . But I will mention this. I did need to speak to the manager that afternoon regarding a rather unpleasant cashier. The Manager was incredibly professional , polite and apologetic, I could tell he expects more from his employees. The situation was a cashier , an older woman who was not very polite. I do feel she needs etiquette training. While I was in the restroom I witnessed her being loud , rude and disrespectful to a fellow employee of hers who was also in the restroom. This was so embarrassing, unprofessional and there is no excuse to conduct yourself in that manner ever. And what was worse is she didn't seem to care that I could hear her. I do want to give a shout out to another cashier that was absolutely fantastic - Her name escapes me at the moment but she was Caucasian had blondish hair that was up in a ponytail and the lower portion of her hair shaved down/cut short. What a kind and professional soul she was. I had a large order , as there was a group of us and she without being asked helped me carry my items to my table and confirmed that we had everything we needed and even said don't hesitate to let her know if she could grab us any to go bags if we had and left overs. I even briefly remember having a brief conversation with her about her bike and she too talked with my cranky 5 year old and made him smile/laugh. THAT is why this is my favorite location and why I choose to keep Wendy's my favorite go to spot for lunch (especially this specific location) . its the employees that pay attention and reach out to help whenever they can. This type of trait cant be taught. A big thank you to the Manager , the Female employee who helped me and to most of the team there . Great Job everyone!
