We tried three diners in three days. My husband and I loved the Scotrun Diner. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly and it was super clean. We had an amazing meal. Normally I don’t do reviews but I definitely recommend this Diner.
Feels like a time machine, the kids love that the place is a well-maintained version of a 70's diner. Exterior is a bit off-putting
Friendly staff and family owned, great prices, and everything meets the mark for my family of 5.
Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly to kids and they will make happy faces on their waffles and bring them crayons. Not obnoxiously kid friendly, just normal people who are nice to kids.

This place came recommend because if where we were and it's location. The service and atmosphere is great. The food, unfortunately, was mediocre. The syrup comes in those plastic condiments like you would get at McDonald's. The French toast was sandwich bread so it was very thin and a Lil over cooked. It wasn't bad, just not the great.
