This id the best Chinese food in NE PA I eat there every Sunday. Shrimp and Scallops in Garlic sauce. Ping and her husband are the proprieters and do all the cooking. Open 7 days a week. THE BEST & prices can't be beat.
Okay the reason they're getting 3 stars their food is amazing always is but this is the second time my order has been wrong first time it took 45 minutes to correct the issue and by 45 minutes that means 45 minutes after order was delivered this time it was 20 minutes which is not bad at all but I'm really thinking of ordering from somewhere else cuz I don't like having to wait for my order to be corrected so that my family can eat hope its just me this happened too

I love panda Chinese whoever put that nasty picture on here it should be deleted. I just ordered and had it delivered on beyond menus (it's an app) food was so fresh, hot and delivered quickly.
