We hadn’t been there for a while but were in the mood for some hot, fresh soft pretzels. I’m not sure if they changed the recipe, had been frozen, or from the previous day but they did not taste good. Almost had a stale or freezer burned taste. Hopefully they get their act together and do better.
Pretzels are always fresh. Staff is always nice. But their hours are wonky and not updated on the site.
My fiancée and I went here on May 11, 2026, and the service was quick and friendly. We drove from the Newport Township area, and we’d for sure drive up to here again. By the way, we love the pretzels! We got the Crowd Pleaser. Until next time..
