“Dale has never been a "bar" person, but he loves SCI and all the fantastic staff. The owners, Troy & Christina will be there off & on to mingle with their guests & make them feel welcome. The food is fantastic beyond any others in area as it is "home cooked" for Specials. I had Lobster Bisque today for lunch with a special request & I have not had better ANYWHERE! You even beat Red Lobster!!”

“My first time here. I have to say that I really liked the "gasoline alley" decor. The service was very good even had the the cook/ chef stop and check if my food was to my liking. Food was really good and as a wing connoisseur I have to give them a solid 9.5 on the wings. They were crispy a cooked perfectly and the sauce ( just ordered hot) was not your typical buffalo/ franks hot and was very good. Will definitely be stopping back.”

“I’m from NY, where good pizza (of all styles) can be found easily. This pizza is delicious and the best I’ve had in PA so far. Thin crust, light sauce, with an airy crust. We had pepperoni with mushrooms and sausage. Although the mushrooms were canned, they still had a good flavor. pepperoni and sausage were tasty.We also had the garlic knots which were delicious. They have just a small amount of garlic seasoning, which I liked. My boyfriend said they needed more garlic, so it depends on your preference. 12 decent sized knots in an order with plenty of sauce! Generous portions for the price.Only problem is, I can't find a menu anywhere to see what else there is to try here. We asked at the restaurant but they didn't have any. My boyfriend ended up just taking a picture of the menu wall. Other than that, it was excellent and I will be coming back anytime I want pizza.”

“was hesitant at first but we went on a whim. their sushi is top notch. so amazing. even their rainbow roll blew us away. so fresh and a delicate sweet flavor. we suspect the Carlisle roll will be our favorite! their yakisoba was really good too. can't wait to go back and try more of the dishes!!!! this will be our new fav sushi place in town”

“Ah man! Everything was wonderful. Curried goat, rice and peas, plantains. I should have gotten a to go box for the leftovers, but I ate the whole thing! Plus I tasted my partner's meal too. Cole slaw, mac and cheese and fried chicken. All very good.”

“Best tacos I ever eat. These are definitely not your Taco Bell tacos. If you want a true Mexican taco this is the place. Made to order, meat was seasoned perfectly. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.”

“I frequent the Grill often. The owners Terry and Chris are fantastic. The food is amazing. Stopped in last night 5/10 and received a recommendation to try the bourbon sirloin and shrimp, AMAZING!! My steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare. The Brussel sprouts are my favorite veggie. Kudos to this establishment and the owners and their wonderful staff. Love you all.”

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed the most delicious lunch at One 13 Social in downtown Carlisle. Small plates are elegant and perfect for lunch. Mine was Spoonbread Shrimp, extraordinarily creative flavors : salty olive tapanade, savory grilled shrimp, and sweet cornbread with honey butter. New to their terrific menu, hope it stays!! I tip my hat to the chef.”

“4/27/2025 Earl Bancroft, blue cooler, I had 3 meals the last three evenings while attending spring Carlisle. Each meal was very good and an outstanding value. These folks prep and cook with fresh ingredients as if they are feeding family! The fact that they allow carry in beer/wine didn’t hurt either. Don’t miss out, give this place a try!!”
